KBC Church Camp 2011

Our annual Kloof Baptist Church camp is happening from 20 - 22 May at Living Waters Campsite in Eston. Craig Duval will be the camp speaker and the theme for the weekend is "Beyond Belief." Please join us for a wonderful time of fellowship and sharing.

Here is some important information about the camp site:
Facilities:
Accomodation is provided in rondavals and two dormitories. Mattresses are supplied on all beds. Campers are requested to bring their own bedding. Communal ablution blocks have baths & showers with hot and cold water.There is a large hall, dining room, lounge with fire place, a 'boma' for camp fire fun and a Tuck Shop on site for refreshments.Recreation facilities include a large swimming pool, volleyball and tennis court and a playing field.
 
It is an ideal place for you to escape the rush of life, to rest and experience new life as you are refreshed. Come and enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

What to bring:
  • Torch, raincoat, umbrella etc
  • Warm clothing (just in case)
  • Sport's equipment - tennis rackets, balls, hiking shoes, swimwear, towels
  • Camera, binoculars, cell phone
  • Bedding, pillows, duvets, sleeping bags etc
  • Bible and note book

Directions from Durban:
  • Take the N3 to Pietermaritzburg. Turn off at Camperdown and keep left (exit 57).
  • Follow Umbumbulu road for 3.5km to T-Junction where you turn left.
  • Follow Umbumbulu road for 16 km.
  • Just before the Caltex Garage, turn right to Eston.
  • Continue for exactly 12.5km (ignore Mid-Illovo turn off on Eston road).
  • Turn left onto road D329 (camp sign) 500 meters after Ntimbankulu sign.
  • Continue for 2km on road D329 to crossroad intersection.
  • Turn left (camp sign) and continue for 4.5km to camp entrance on your left.
